As a Backend Developer (Golang) at Finan, you’ll be working at the core of a high-volume financial system, building microservices that process millions of daily events across operations, invoices, and banking transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Improve our core technical platform to be more stable, scalable, and efficient.
• Design and implement new backend systems and features for millions of users.
• Write secure, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate across product, data, and engineering to deliver fast value.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience with Golang in a microservice environment.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, and messaging queues.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure & monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Ansible).
• Bonus: experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Dynamic, curious, and willing to learn fast.
• Strong drive to grow quickly and take on bigger challenges.
