Job Description

User Research & Analysis:

• Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

UX/UI Design:

• Conceptualize and create user-centered designs for mobile apps and web tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure designs are aligned with global standards and best practices in UX/UI design.

Collaboration:

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather actionable feedback. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Design Leadership:

• Develop and maintain design processes, standards, and guidelines for the team.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members, ensuring high-quality design outputs.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, at least 2 years of experience in leading and coaching design teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications
• Experience in the banking or bookkeeping tool domain is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of global design standards and best practices.

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and creatively to address complex design challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
