ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Content & Communications Manager, you will lead our storytelling engine. You are responsible for translating complex fintech solutions (like AI-driven sourcing, nano-loans, and tax compliance,…) into a customer language. Your goal is to make SBH the most trusted partner for micro-merchants across Vietnam by leveraging AI to produce high-volume, high-quality, and hyper-personalized content.
1. AI-Powered Content Production (40%)
- Scale with AI: Architect a content pipeline using Generative AI (text, image, and video) to produce daily educational and promotional materials at 10x the speed of traditional methods.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop and maintain a "Content Library" to ensure all AI-generated content (Zalo scripts, TikTok captions, FB posts,…) maintains the authentic SBH "supportive and grounded" tone.
- Video First: Lead the production of "edu-tainment" short-form videos (TikTok/Reels). Use AI for rapid subtitling, voiceovers, and trend-matching to capture the attention of busy shop owners.
- Visual Storytelling: Oversee the creation of infographics and visual guides that simplify complex tax and regulatory updates.
- Ability to turn raw data and merchant interviews into high-converting B2B case studies, whitepapers, and "Success Playbooks.
2. Analytical Strategy & Performance (30%)
- Data-Driven Hooking: Analyze engagement data to identify which "content hooks" drive the highest conversion from a "View" to an "App Install."
- A/B Testing: Run constant experiments on messaging—testing which AI-generated variations resonate best with specific segments.
- ROI Ownership: Own the KPIs for content-driven growth, including organic reach, community engagement rate, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) from social channels.
3. Strategic Communications & Creative Direction (30%)
- Campaign Conceptualization: Design 360-degree creative campaigns for product launches.
- Brand Guard: Act as the final gatekeeper for brand consistency. Ensure that while we use AI to produce content, the intent and empathy remain 100% human.
- Stakeholder PR: Craft thought-leadership content for SBH leadership, positioning the company as the primary advocate for the digitalization of Vietnam’s micro-economy.
REQUIREMENT
- 4-6 years in Content/Comms, ideally in Fintech, Edtech, or E-commerce.
- Native-level Vietnamese with professional-level English.
- Must showcase at least one project where AI was used to scale a content campaign.
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary team (designers, video editors, …).
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8h30 - 18h00, lunch break: 12h00 - 13h30
Saturday: 8h30 - 12h00
