Finan is building Southeast Asia's leading AI-powered business platform to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) manage, operate, and grow with confidence.
Our flagship products:
- SoBanHang – Vietnam's #1 sales and business management app for micro-merchants and household businesses.
- FinanBook – A modern financial and accounting management platform that helps SMEs automate banking and smart accounting.
OBJECTIVE:
To drive user activation, maximize product adoption, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) across the app ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, this role is responsible for engineering the user journey, leveraging deep lifecycle strategies, and utilizing advanced AI automation to scale user retention sustainably while aggressively optimizing operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lifecycle & Product Marketing (Activation & Retention)
- Funnel Optimization: Map, analyze, and optimize the complete L1 to L8 user funnels. Identify friction points in the onboarding process and deploy targeted interventions to reduce drop-offs.
- Lifecycle Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle strategies (in-app messaging, push notifications, email, Zalo/SMS) to nurture users from first login to active usage and ultimately, brand advocacy.
- Feature Adoption: Collaborate with the Product/ Brand to drive the go-to-market strategies for new features, ensuring merchants understand the core value proposition and immediately integrate these tools into their daily operations.
- Distribution & Channel Scaling
- Growth Loops: Design and implement product-led growth (PLG) mechanics, such as referral programs and viral loops, to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and scale distribution organically.
- Partnership Synergies: Identify and leverage non-traditional distribution channels and co-marketing opportunities to acquire high-intent users at scale.
- AI Integration & Workflow Automation
- Marketing Productivity: Actively build and deploy advanced AI prompts and workflows (utilizing tools like Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Studio) to automate repetitive marketing tasks, scale copywriting, and personalize user communications at a mass level.
- Process Engineering: Design and implement automated marketing operations that connect data touchpoints and streamline campaign execution, significantly reducing manual workload for the team.
- Data Analytics, BI, & Experimentation
- Data-Driven Execution: Define strict Business Intelligence (BI) requirements for user tracking. Continuously monitor cohort performance, retention curves, and LTV metrics.
- Rigorous A/B Testing: Lead a high-velocity experimentation framework across all communication touchpoints and product landing pages. Test messaging, timing, and triggers to maximize Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Insight Translation: Translate raw data from analytics dashboards into concrete, actionable growth hypotheses and immediate tactical adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in lockstep with Product, Tech, and Data teams to ensure tracking events are accurately implemented, marketing platforms are fully integrated, and growth initiatives are perfectly aligned with the technical roadmap.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 3–5 years of intensive, hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing, specifically within the SaaS, FinTech, or B2B mobile app sectors.
- The Growth Mindset: Deeply curious, highly analytical, and aggressively experimental. You are comfortable with ambiguity, failing fast, learning quickly, and scaling what works.
- Technical & AI Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing advanced AI tools to enhance marketing workflows. Familiarity with robust marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage).
- Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in analyzing complex user funnels (L1-L8). You must be able to read data, spot trends, build tracking requirements, and make definitive decisions based on those numbers.
- Execution & Ownership: A self-starter who takes full ownership of projects from ideation to post-launch analysis, with an obsessive focus on detail and performance metrics.
- Communication: Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
