At SOUS, we help independent food & beverage entrepreneurs grow. We’re building what we believe will be the last employee a restaurant owner ever has to hire that touches a screen. Our AI agent handles what matters most: being found, powering commerce, and bringing guests back.


As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for two Junior or Medior Account Executives to play a key role in expanding our reach across Europe.


Tasks

  • Full focus on new business — driving consistent growth in the single- and multi-outlet restaurant segment.

  • Own your funnel: follow up on warm leads (Lemlist), generate new opportunities, close deals, and build strong customer relationships.

  • Operate with freedom and full responsibility — you’ll have clear targets, and the space to achieve them in your own way.

  • Work closely with the founder and head of sales, who focus on opening new markets, larger accounts, and group deals.

  • Contribute to building a scalable commercial foundation that supports SOUS’s international expansion.

  • Follow a clear growth path within SOUS, with guidance on how to progress toward Senior AE or other commercial roles.

  • Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound pipeline in the F&B market.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with chefs and restaurant owners.

  • Convert both hot and cold leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

  • Share customer insights with marketing and product to improve positioning and product development.


Requirements

  • Min. 1 year, Max. 6 years of sales experience (SaaS, hospitality, or startup experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication skills and a consultative, solution-driven approach.

  • Comfortable with targets, CRM workflows, and structured outreach.

  • Affinity with the food & beverage industry, AI in general and digital products.

  • Bringing your own network in F&B / Restaurants industry is a plus.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
