Product Operations Intern

At SOUS, we help independent food & beverage entrepreneurs grow. Our platform lets them take orders online directly, get found on Google, and build a stronger relationship with their guests. In three years we've generated millions in revenue for our clients and grown our team considerably.

We're looking for a Product Operations intern: someone who sits between our merchants and our product team, and helps make the product better every week.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with our product and tech team to improve the product
• Turn merchant feedback and support issues into clear tickets the team can act on
• Test new features and releases before they go live
• Track bugs and feature requests and follow them through to release
• Write release notes and keep our AI knowledge base up to date when things change
• Use product data to understand how merchants use the platform and where they get stuck

Who we're looking for

• HBO or WO student, available 5 to 6 months for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Fluent in Dutch or German and English, spoken and written
• You're curious about how software gets built and why it works the way it does
• You write clearly and get to the point
• You're comfortable with data and new systems
• You spot it quickly when something isn't working, and you dig until you know why
