Job Posting: In-House Graphic Designer + Editor

Are you a creative and talented Graphic Designer + Video Editor searching for an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to people's lives? Sova is India’s pioneering full-stack Microbiome Health company, offering synbiotic supplements, microbiome testing, and 1:1 nutrition coaching for gut, skin, and oral health. Job Description:

Creative Design:

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create visually appealing website elements, including Catalogue Images, Testimonials, and Banners, to enhance performance.
• Assist the Social Media Team in elevating Sova Health's social media & offline presence with creative visuals for reels, posts & offline event posters.
• Develop advertising creatives (Statics, GIFs, Carousels & Videos) for Meta and Google campaigns, and design Banners for marketplaces like Amazon

Content Editing

• Revamp User-Generated Content (UGC) & video ads with impactful transitions & visually engaging edits
• Edit reels, testimonials, and expert videos for social media and the website. Implement creative edits for increased engagement and audience resonance.

Brand & Sales Content Design:

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to optimise brand visuals, brainstorm colour palettes, and enhance Sova's visual identity.
• Create and edit pitch decks, product catalogues (when needed), posters, flyers, PDFs, and other brand/sales assets, maintaining a consistent visual identity for the brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop,
• Illustrator, etc.).
• Good portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
• Experience and/or interest in healthcare or related industries is a bonus!
