Role Overview: Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Management:

· Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions.

· Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.

· Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

2. Data Management & Analytics:

· Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactions.

· Analyze data to derive insights that inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

· Use CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.

3. Communication & Collaboration:

· Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition to clients across different channels (calls, emails, virtual meetings).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing and customer support initiatives.

4. Target Achievement & Incentives:

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock lucrative performance-based incentives.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

· 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales, client-facing, or similar role.

Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong data management and analytical abilities.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

· Self-motivated and target-driven.

Educational Background:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred
