What You'll Do

As the Category Manager – Diagnostic Tests you’ll own the entire lifecycle of our supplement products and drive category growth. You’ll be at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead product lifecycle: development → launch → scale → sunset
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy
  • Drive pricing and promotion strategy to optimize profitability
  • Own assortment planning and portfolio performance
  • Collaborate across functions to hit revenue & customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage supplier/vendor relationships and ensure operational efficiency
  • Track KPIs like revenue, margins, and customer feedback

Compensation

Up to ₹10 LPA depending on experience.
