Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Management:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

2. Data Management & Analytics:

  • Organize and manage sales data to track performance and customer interactions.
  • Analyze data to derive insights that enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.

3. Communication & Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts.

4. Target Achievement & Incentives:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock attractive performance-based incentives.

Qualifications & SkillsExperience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing roles, or similar functions.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data management and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
