🚀 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can own end-to-end creative output for a performance-driven marketing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-volume, high-quality, on-time creatives that directly improve platform performance (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR).

🎯 What You’ll Own
  • Translate marketing briefs into sharp, performance-driven creative direction.
  • Build structured creative systems: briefing templates, review cadence, trackers, version control, asset libraries.
  • Ensure platform-optimized creatives across:
  • Meta
  • Google
  • YouTube
  • Marketplaces
  • Website & CRM (where required)
  • Be hands-on when needed — this is not a purely managerial role.
  • Lead daily/weekly standups to manage bandwidth, deadlines, and escalations.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to reduce iterations and improve quality.
  • Partner with the performance team to convert data into creative learning loops.
  • Maintain strict brand adherence across typography, colors, layouts, tone, and consistency.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative/design leadership in D2C, e-commerce, or performance-heavy brands.
  • Strong command of visual and text-based ad creatives.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • CTR
  • Hook Rate
  • Hold Rate
  • Performance-led creative optimization
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to scale output without compromising quality.
