Role Overview: Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Management: ∙ Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions. ∙ Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. ∙ Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Data Management & Analytics: ∙ Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactions. ∙ Analyze data to derive insights that inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement. ∙ Use CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.
  • Communication & Collaboration: ∙ Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition to clients across different channels (calls, emails, virtual meetings). ∙ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing and customer support initiatives.
  • Target Achievement & Incentives: ∙ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock lucrative performance-based incentives.

Experience

Qualifications & Skills

∙ 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales, client-facing, or similar role.

Skills

∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

∙ Strong data management and analytical abilities.

∙ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

∙ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

∙ Self-motivated and target-driven.

Educational Background

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
