Role Summary

Drive B2B growth by identifying, engaging, and building partnerships with corporates, clinics, and wellness centres. You will generate leads, nurture relationships, and create a strong pipeline while supporting early-stage sales conversations for Sova’s gut health programs. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and an opportunity to build and scale partnerships from scratch.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to potential partners:
    • Corporates (HR, leadership teams)
    • Clinics, doctors, nutritionists
    • Wellness centres & retreats
  • Use:
    • Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
    • Field visits and networking
    • Account Warm-Up & Relationship Building
    • Initiate conversations and build rapport with decision-makers
    • Understand partner needs and position relevant Sova offerings
    • Keep accounts engaged through consistent follow-ups
    • Partnership Development (Pre-Sales)

    Drive Early Conversations Around

    • Corporate Gut Health Programs (OGHI)
    • CXO Gut Health Protocols
    • Clinic & wellness integrations
    • Pipeline Management
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
    • Track outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
    • Work towards monthly targets for:
      • Meetings booked
      • Qualified opportunities created
    • Market Research & Opportunity Discovery
    • Identify new partnership opportunities and channels
    • Share insights from the field with leadership
    • Help refine go-to-market strategy
    What You Will Help Build

    • Corporate wellness programs powered by gut health
    • Partnerships with clinics, doctors, and wellness centres
    • New distribution channels for diagnostics and supplements

    What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)

    • Build a strong pipeline across 2–3 channels
    • Consistently generate qualified meetings
    • Support closure of multiple pilots and partnerships
    • Become a key contributor to B2B growth
