Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you will play a key part in driving revenue, managing sales data, analyzing insights, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized gut health solutions
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service

Data Management & Analytics

  • Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactions
  • Analyze data to generate insights that improve sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools

Communication & Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience

Target Achievement & Incentives

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock attractive performance-based incentives

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing, or similar roles

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data management and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Relationship-building and customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
