Role Summary
We are looking for a Program Manager to own the performance and outcomes of Sova Health’s nutrition programs. The role will focus on client retention, program efficacy, nutrition quality, renewals, referrals, and overall client experience.

Role Summary
We are looking for a Program Manager to own the performance and outcomes of Sova Health’s nutrition programs. The role will focus on client retention, program efficacy, nutrition quality, renewals, referrals, and overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and improve program dropout, efficacy, renewal, and referral metrics.
- Monitor client journeys and identify reasons for dropout, low engagement, or poor outcomes.
- Track nutrition escalations and work with the Nutrition/Coaching teams on corrective actions.
- Drive Google reviews and client testimonials through the Coach Team.
- Monitor and improve Coach Team renewal and referral conversions.
- Maintain accurate program and performance data and prepare monthly reports.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements to leadership.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Nutrition, Coaching, Product, Operations, and Data teams as required.
- Program Client Dropout: ≤10%
- Program Efficacy Improvement: ≥2-point improvement
- Nutrition Escalations: ≤3/month
- Google Reviews / Testimonials: 100% of monthly target
- Coach Team Renewal Conversion: 100% target achievement
- Coach Team Referral Conversion: ≥10% of active eligible cohort
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare, nutrition, wellness, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience managing program metrics, client outcomes, retention, or healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in digital health, D2C health, wellness-tech, nutrition, or gut health.
- Experience with retention, renewals, referrals, or client engagement initiatives.
