As our YouTube Channel Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and success of the Nucanon YouTube channel. From crafting content to engaging with a like-minded community, you’ll help us inspire creators and gamers around the world.

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content calendar featuring narrative design tips, lore creation tutorials, product features, and behind-the-scenes development stories.
• Video Production Oversight: Collaborate with creators, editors, and designers to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
• Channel Growth: Use data-driven insights to grow subscribers, optimize engagement, and improve video performance through SEO and analytics.
• Community Engagement: Build a vibrant, positive community by interacting with viewers, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful discussions.
• Brand Collaboration: Ensure all content aligns with Nucanon’s brand voice and mission, collaborating with the marketing and product teams.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of YouTube trends and innovate with creative video ideas and formats.
  

• Experience: Proven track record of managing or growing a successful YouTube channel.
• Gaming Enthusiast: A love for video games, tabletop RPGs (especially Dungeons & Dragons), and worldbuilding is a must.
• Creative Vision: Ability to brainstorm, script, and storyboard engaging video content that resonates with gamers and storytellers.
• Analytics Savvy: Strong understanding of YouTube Studio and metrics like CTR, retention rates, and SEO.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus.

• Base Rate + Revenue Sharing: Competitive base contract rate plus a percentage split of YouTube ad revenue.
