Stretch (www.getstretch.ai) is creating a next generation CRM for the health and wellness industry. Leveraging the latest AI technologies our platform creates significant impact on revenue and operational efficiency for customers.

Founded by ex-PureGym Digital Director (CEO) and backed by venture capital firm Antler.

This role is to join the founding team, to lead and build the technology function. This function covers full stack, integrations, data science, AI and machine learning. The role comes with a significant equity position.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to shape company development and to foster a culture of learning and development
• Develop and implement technical strategy and roadmap. Ensure that it aligns with business objectives
• Lead the engineering team in deploying and developing high quality software product and solutions, which surpass customer requirements
• Design and implement robust data management system to handle and update large data volumes. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Strong track record of leading the development and implementation of technical roadmap with impressive results
• Deep technical proficiency across full stack. Experience in AI preferable, in particular predictive analytics and content generation
• Passion for solving SME and enterprise business problems. Interest in health and wellness preferable
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger and resilience to thrive in a start up environment
• Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills
