We are hiring an Adelaide-based Education & Migration Case Officer to support our growing SA client base.

📍 Location & Eligibility (Important)

This is an on-site role in Adelaide. Applicants must currently reside in Adelaide. Must have full working rights in Australia. Applications from outside Australia will not be considered.

Your Role

You will work closely with our registered migration agent and senior team to manage student and graduate visa cases, admissions processes, and PR pathway support.

This is not a pure admin role. You will contribute directly to client strategy and case preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Student Visa (Subclass 500) extensions and compliance support
• Support Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) applications
• Coordinate skill assessment documentation (where required)
• Guide clients through admissions processes and liaise with institutions for COEs
• Prepare and review application documentation before submission
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication logs
• Conduct structured follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met
• Support consultation bookings and intake assessments
• Stay updated on visa conditions, policy updates, and compliance requirements
• Represent Studynash at student events and networking sessions when required

Who We’re Looking

• Working knowledge of Subclass 500 and 485 visa processes
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable managing multiple client files at once
• Experience using CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, etc.) is a bonus
• Career-oriented and interested in growing within the migration industry
