Position: Client Success & Operations Executive

Location : Hybrid / Klang Valley Preferred
Salary : Basic Pay RM 2,500 + Sales Commission


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, explaining SurplusLoop’s benefits and capabilities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Operations Management

  • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution of services and solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage client projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of surplus inventories, ensuring the data is accurately reflected in the system.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese is a must.
  • A passion for technology and innovation in surplus management is a plus.
