Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Surpluss. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and optimizing content, and ensuring effective communication with the target audience. They will also be responsible for writing engaging and compelling content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create plans to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Manage PPC Campaigns: Run and optimize pay-per-click ads on Google, Bing, and social media platforms.
  • Improve SEO: Use best practices to boost our website’s search engine rankings and increase traffic.
  • Create Social Media Content: Develop engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Execute Email Campaigns: Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and report on them.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Manage Online Reputation: Monitor and engage with customers on social media to maintain a positive online presence.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional content creation and creative writing skills.
  • Understanding of the B2B market and knowledge of the International business landscape is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the office on a daily basis.

Location - Pune

Salary - As per Industry Standard
