Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Community Coordinator at Surpluss in Pune. The Digital Community Coordinator will be responsible for community engagement, communication, community outreach, and community organizing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Post creatives in groups (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Engage with posts by commenting, liking, and responding to messages.
- Interact with the online community by coordinating and engaging with followers regularly.
- Schedule and post content across all social media channels, ensuring branding and messaging consistency.
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Actively promote the Company platform to increase sign-ups and engagement from social media groups.
- Encourage people to join our platform by creating engaging content and driving interactions within social groups.
- Join relevant groups on a daily basis to increase outreach.
- Maintain groups joined and interactions within them.
- Call and attend leads, helping them to understand the Surpluss platform and its benefits.
- Follow up on messages or responses received on social media, ensuring timely communication.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
