Must Haves:
- Genuine passion for fitness and community
- Love for San Francisco and knowledge of its neighborhoods
- Natural people skills and authentic enthusiasm
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your time
- Reliable transportation to get around the city
- Comfort with a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends when the best events happen!)
- Social media savvy and ability to create engaging content
- Experience with Instagram and understanding of what makes content shareable
- Desire to learn and grow in a sales role
- Existing connections in San Francisco's fitness world
- Experience teaching, training, or participating in fitness communities
- Previous sales, business development, or community-building experience
- Social media content creation experience or photography skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Understanding of how tech platforms work
- Total On-Target Earnings: $70,000-$75,000+ with accelerators for overachievers
