We're expanding quickly and need dedicated professionals who can handle our intense pace and high volume of opportunities.

Job Overview

We're seeking a high-performing licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Agent who thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment. This position has a steady pipeline of warm leads - all you need to do is pitch and work with underwriters to get policies bound continuously throughout your shift, working with businesses to secure their property and casualty insurance coverage. This is a non-stop, high-volume role where you'll be actively engaged with prospects from the moment you start until the end of your shift. You must gain energy from constant client interaction and maintain unwavering professionalism and enthusiasm even during the most demanding periods.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Full-time, East Coast business hours
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 (w/ bonuses and commission)
  • Location: Remote (Atlanta or San Francisco preferred, or at least open to relocating)
  • Employment: W2 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle continuous warm leads without downtime
  • Nurture prospects through the sales cycle while maintaining perfect follow-up
  • Close deals at a rapid pace while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain an upbeat, professional demeanor through hours of back-to-back client interactions
  • Process a high volume of opportunities quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Guide prospects through complex insurance decisions under significant time pressure
  • Collaborate with underwriters to secure quotes while managing client expectations
  • Adapt to shifting priorities without missing a beat

Required Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required (we will pay to get you licensed in other states)
  • Insurance sales experience with prior success in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional closing skills with proven ability to convert opportunities
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills that remain consistent through long periods of client interaction
  • Ability to stay organized and follow through despite relentless pace
  • Superior listening skills to understand client needs correctly the first time
  • Professional phone manner that projects confidence and competence hour after hour
  • Demonstrated stamina for continuous client interaction without quality degradation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • One month probationary period

What Success Looks Like

You'll spend your entire day talking with business owners, understanding their needs, and closing deals. You'll need to maintain enthusiasm and professionalism from your first call to your last. The pace never slows – you'll move from one opportunity to the next continuously throughout your shift.
