As part of our efforts to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Growth Marketer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and take their career to the next level. You'll be part of a fast-paced, innovative startup where you will be tasked with planning and executing our marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Chief Commercial Officer to further develop and execute on our marketing strategy, that is focused heavily on creating demand.
• Design, implement, and manage a full marketing funnel, from topfunnel content to maximising engagement.
• Develop our personas and keyword research to guide content production and ad campaigns.
• Create landing pages and set up tracking for campaign performance.
• Use platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and attract Product Qualified Leads (PQLs).
• Analyze and optimize the marketing funnel for improved performance.
• As a part of the commercial team come up with new campaign ideas. From planning to execution and analysing.

Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge of a variety of marketing aspects, with a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Webflow, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Looker Studio, SEMRush, or similar tools.
• Experience or understanding of marketing and sales for new product categories.
• Knowledge of content production, campaign management, and analytics.

If you have this you would be our dream candidate:

• Experience in planning and executing webinars, podcasts, or similar events.

Education:

• Degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required.
