The Role

As one of the founding members of our US Sales team, you’ll play a critical role in acquiring and growing mid-market B2B customers - companies looking to simplify how they manage mobile plans for distributed teams. You’ll be instrumental in establishing our presence in the US, working closely with our European team based in Stockholm, Sweden to drive Telgea’s global expansion. This is a hands-on, strategic, high-impact role where your work will directly shape how we go to market, close deals, and scale up one of our most important regions.

What you will do

Sales & Outreach

Proactively identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT, HR, procurement, and operations at mid-sized and enterprise companies operating across borders. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound leads, lead discovery conversations, and tailor pitches that clearly communicate how Telgea simplifies mobile plans for international teams—with one platform, one agreement, and instant local setup.

Pipeline Management

Own and manage a high-quality sales pipeline. You’ll prioritize accounts based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and decision timelines—ensuring every opportunity is followed up with precision and clarity. Your focus: consistent movement toward closed-won.

Strategic Planning

Shape and execute a clear, data-backed sales strategy that aligns with Telgea’s commercial goals. Develop positioning and outreach tactics for different verticals and buyer profiles, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.

Account Management

Build trust and strong relationships with prospects and customers. You’ll serve as a long-term partner ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, staying close post-sale, and identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell as their team scales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, and operations to deliver customer value and fuel growth. Your frontline insights will guide roadmap priorities, influence go-to-market campaigns, and help Telgea stay laser-focused on solving the right problems for the right customers.

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B Sales Experience

You have at least 3 years experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services, with experience owning the full sales cycle from sourcing and outreach to negotiation and closing. Bonus if you’ve sold to mid-market or enterprise customers across multiple regions or in Telecom.

Enterprise Sales Expertise

You’ve successfully navigated complex sales processes and built consensus among multiple stakeholders in departments like IT, Procurement, HR, and Operations. You know how to uncover pain points, align with decision-makers, and drive urgency in long-cycle deals.

Adaptability & Drive to Learn

You thrive in fast-changing environments and are eager to dive into the world of international telecom, connectivity, and mobility. You don’t need to be a telecom expert yet—but you’re curious, coachable, and hungry to master a new category.

Relationship-First Mindset

You build trust quickly and become a long-term partner to your clients. You’re proactive in managing relationships, great at navigating internal politics, and always focused on delivering real value—not just closing the deal.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You understand that great sales outcomes require great teamwork. You work closely with product, ops, and marketing to turn customer feedback into product insights, unlock operational solutions, and shape how we go to market together.

Process

If we think you match the position we will reach out to have you complete a simple test to better understand your sales skills. If you pass the test we will call you for an in an online interview. The top 3 candidates will be called in for an in person interview at our new office in Austin downtown.

We are looking to hire two persons for this role to start September 1st.
