We’re seeking a VC Associate Intern to support our venture capital and fundraising operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to deal sourcing, investor outreach, and venture-backed startup growth strategies. You’ll gain experience connecting with founders, investors, and high-growth companies while learning the mechanics of venture capital and fundraising from executive leadership.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth and Client Services teams, identifying high-potential startups, scheduling meetings, and driving pipeline growth for venture clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing & Qualification: Research startups, funds, and founders aligned with client investment criteria; qualify opportunities for executive review.
- Investor & Founder Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns to build relationships and schedule meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM records, track interactions, and manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth deal flow.
- Market & Industry Research: Analyze trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging sectors to support investment decisions.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports summarizing outreach results, KPIs, and market insights for leadership.

Requirements
- Active LinkedIn account.
- Current university student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a strong interest in venture capital, startups, and deal sourcing.
