We're hiring an AI-native Account Manager: someone who treats AI tools as a core part of how they work, not an occasional add-on. You'll pair strong digital marketing instincts with day-to-day fluency in AI copilots to own the full client relationship from onboarding through campaign performance to long-term retention, while running LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator at a high level.
This role is primarily client-facing and demands confident, polished communication that's both professional and conversational, sharp digital marketing intuition, strong troubleshooting instincts, and the operational discipline to manage multiple accounts at once. Above all, you should be the kind of person who reaches for AI first to draft, analyze, summarize, and automate.

What You'll Do
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI copilots like Claude and ChatGPT as your default tool for drafting client communications, summarizing reports, analyzing campaign data, and building automation workflows. Prompt, refine, and quality-check AI outputs so they land in a polished, client-ready tone. Build and customize AI-powered workflows that speed up reporting, surface insights, and reduce manual work across your accounts. Champion AI and automation across the team, sharing prompts, playbooks, and workflows that raise everyone's speed and consistency.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations, communicating wins, flagging issues proactively, and building long-term trust. Oversee client onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing service delivery end-to-end. Act as the escalation point for client issues and campaign concerns: diagnose problems, implement fixes, and escalate when needed. Reply to client messages promptly and professionally. Ensure client goals and timelines are clearly defined, met, and exceeded, updating timelines when priorities shift. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through client conversations and performance data.
Campaign Operations
Run and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns on our automation platform, including setup, targeting, sequencing, monitoring, and optimization. Manage 10 to 20 LinkedIn accounts simultaneously, including inbox monitoring and crafting thoughtful, context-aware replies and follow-ups (often AI-assisted, always human-reviewed). Check for and track scheduled meetings across all active campaigns. Monitor lead volume per account so each campaign has sufficient leads flowing daily. Handle email endorsements as required. Ensure consistent, on-time, accurate delivery of lead generation campaigns. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to drive quality and efficiency. Apply digital marketing best practices to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and sequence performance.
Reporting & Communication
Send regular performance reports to clients and internal managers, with insights and clear next steps. Use AI to accelerate reporting, summarize performance trends, and surface actionable insights. Join recurring WIP meetings to review progress, blockers, and priorities. Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and clean pipeline organization.
Process & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align campaign execution with client needs. Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for client-facing and internal processes, including AI prompt libraries and workflow guides. Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
Requirements & Qualifications
AI Fluency (Required)
Hands-on, day-to-day experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar copilots for real work: drafting client communications, summarizing reports, analyzing campaign data, and building automation workflows. Comfortable prompting and refining AI outputs to fit a professional, client-facing tone. Experience building or customizing AI-powered workflows for reporting or client communication. A genuine instinct to reach for AI first and a track record of using it to work faster and better.
Digital Marketing & Outreach
Strong digital marketing background with hands-on experience running outreach, lead-gen, or demand-gen campaigns. Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach workflows. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools and lead generation campaigns. Data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign metrics to make optimization decisions.
Account Management & Communication
Strong client communication skills and impeccable written English. Experience in account management, client success, or SaaS delivery (3+ years preferred). Strong troubleshooting ability, confident diagnosing issues across accounts, campaigns, and automations.
Tools & Operations
Techie and digitally fluent, quick to learn new platforms, tools, and tech stacks. Solid admin and ops capability with tools like Calendly, Google Calendar, and ClickUp. Above-average proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs (reporting, tracking, data cleanup). Familiarity with CRM systems (ClickUp or similar). Experience with APIs, integrations, and how they affect automation workflows. Process improvement or operations mindset.
Work Setup & Compensation
Work from home. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time. Competitive pay. Immediate hiring. Must have a reliable remote setup, including dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset. Must not be currently employed with another company.
