Tocco was born in 2022 to reimagine how we produce, not just how we consume. We’re building a B2B platform to make sustainable sourcing radically accessible — combining the most extensive alt-materials database with the tools and editorial context that make it actually usable.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Builder — a sharp, structured generalist who thrives in early-stage chaos. You’ll help us turn ambiguity into action, systems, and structure — from supplier onboarding to internal automation.

This is a role for someone who’s operated in both the physical and digital worlds: you’ve been around logistics, warehouses, or inventory workflows enough to speak the language, and you’re equally comfortable cleaning up Notion boards or automating repetitive tasks.

• Provide direct operational support to the CEO and COO — helping unblock execution in cross-functional and external projects.
• Work directly with our suppliers to understand and document logistics, warehousing, and inventory workflows
• Support supplier onboarding with clear, reliable operational processes
• Own and optimise CRM hygiene and process flows across the team
• Build and maintain internal systems for tracking, communication, and coordination
• Automate repetitive workflows (with tools like Zapier or Airtable) and improve internal ops hygiene
• Be the calm, reliable backbone that keeps people and systems aligned 🙂

# 🌍 tools + skills you’ll use often

- Clear communicator — async, written, and real-time
