You’ll help us build and scale growth systems across email, content, SEO, and partnerships. But this role is more than just research - it’s part strategist, part operator, and part executive right-hand. You’ll help do whatever it takes to keep us moving: from sourcing suppliers and tools, to coordinating internal projects, to solving problems before they become fires.

You’ll help shape our voice and drive real traction. You know how to test, learn, and move fast.

🌍 What You’ll Do

📝 Content & Research

• Research on supply chain and manufacturing, creating reports that are both visually stunning and insightful
• Draft supplier and supply chain spotlights, LinkedIn posts, short email sequences, and lightweight case studies
• Repurpose content across platforms with an eye on reach and consistency

🤝 Partnerships & Outreach

• Research potential ecosystem partners in the US, EU and Asia
• Craft highly personalized outreach messages
• Manage outreach pipelines and drive follow-ups through to results

⚡ Operations, Sourcing & Coordination

• Source​ everything from potential suppliers and vendors to software tools and market data
• Coordinate​ internal operations, meeting schedules, travel, and cross-functional priorities
• Act as an extension of the leadership team - handling ad-hoc requests and managing executive priorities
• Solve problems​ proactively: tackle operational hiccups, admin tasks, and logistical curveballs with a “whatever it takes” attitude
