Tocco was born in 2022 to reimagine how we produce, not just how we consume. We’re building a B2B platform to make sustainable sourcing radically accessible — combining the most extensive alt-materials database with the tools and editorial context that make it actually usable.

We’re looking for a Star Product Owner

This is a hybrid role: part strategy & vision, part hands-on execution.

🌍 tools + skills you’ll use often

  • Product Management: roadmap creation, Figma, backlog management, feature prioritization
  • Collaboration: working closely with engineering, design, and ops
  • User research & discovery: interviews, testing, turning insight into product requirements
  • Product thinking: Feature prioritization, MVP scoping, problem-first mindset
  • Analytics: defining metrics, setting KPIs, interpreting data for decision-making
  • Execution: turning ambiguity into clarity, scoping MVPs, driving delivery

    • ⚠️ You must have:

  • Experience managing a digital product (ideally B2B or workflow-heavy tools)
  • A sharp product sense - you care about outcomes, not just outputs
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
  • Ability to own product cycles end-to-end, from discovery to delivery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders

  • Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments
  • Exposure to material science, sustainability, or supply chains
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Miro) and/or light technical background
  • Experience collaborating with distributed, remote-first teams
