Tocco is building the operating system for future materials — a platform where designers, buyers, and makers discover and use radically better materials.

We’ve launched. The users are real. The product is live. The mission is clear.

Now we’re looking for a Founder Associate, based in Vietnam (or APAC) who thrives in ambiguity, acts fast, and turns loose ideas into systems, content, and real product delivery — a sharp, structured generalist who thrives in early-stage chaos. You’ll help us turn ambiguity into action, systems, and structure — from supplier onboarding to internal automation.

This is a multi-stack role — not just helping, but owning. For someone who’s operated in both the physical and digital worlds: you’ve been around (actual or metaphorical) logistics, warehouses, or inventory workflows enough to speak the language, and you’re equally comfortable cleaning up Notion boards or automating repetitive tasks

Think: detail-obsessed operator with calm energy and a low tolerance for inefficiency.

💥 what you’ll do

You’ll help run the internal nervous system of Tocco. From shipping Unbox to managing supplier data to pushing reports live, you’ll make things flow smoothly and visibly.

🔧 Structure our internal operations

→ Maintain timelines, tags, and deliverables in Notion

→ Build clear workflows for Unbox, reports, platform updates

📚 Support content execution and materials curation

→ Help gather, tag, and format supplier data

→ Assist in preparing reports, interviews, and product pages

🧠 Contribute to product and platform upkeep

→ Assist with testing, copy updates, supplier feedback tracking

→ Help QA features before release and log user issues

🧵 Keep our systems sane and scalable

→ Update SOPs, fix async workflows, clean up dashboards

📦 (Optional) Coordinate physical operations

→ Track Unbox logistics, shipments, physical library tasks

→ Manage supplier communications in Asia time zones

🪄 Act as an executional multiplier

→ Do what’s needed to move the team faster and clearer — without needing to be asked twice

📍 Preferred Location

This role is ideal for someone based in Vietnam (Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang, etc.), or with strong familiarity with the region.

Timezone alignment, cultural context, and potential for IRL meetups are key advantages.

That said, we’re open to nearby locations (e.g. Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia) if you’re a strong fit and able to work fluidly with the core team
