Tocco was born in 2022 to reimagine how we produce, not just how we consume. We’re building a B2B platform to make sustainable sourcing radically accessible — combining the most extensive alt-materials database with the tools and editorial context that make it actually usable.

We’ve launched tocco.earth, users are onboarding, and systems are growing fast.

Now we need someone to make the platform feel intelligent and seamless — across internal tools, user-facing flows, and smart automations.

We’re hiring a Growth Engineer based in Vietnam/Malaysia/Indonesia to:

  • build the internal dashboards, workflows, and UI glue that keeps the company moving
  • wire together frontend, automation, and backend logic as needed
  • support platform growth by owning specific product slices end-to-end

    • 🛠 What You'll Actually Build

    You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, automation, and product — building things that make Tocco faster, smarter, and more scalable.

    🔌 Build and connect frontend flows that feel smart

    → Custom quote builders, form-based editors, onboarding wizards

    📊 Own internal tools and dashboards

    → Track supplier activity, map user engagement, manage logistics

    🧠 Use AI to automate tedious work

    → Auto-tag suppliers with GPT, draft summaries, trigger outreach

    🧵 Plug in third-party services and APIs

    → Clerk, Supabase, Typeform, Notion API, email tools, Zapier

    💻 Support core platform work when needed

    → Help build or modify pages using React/Next.js and Prisma

    → Review and extend backend APIs, design simple data queries

    🚀 Make things happen fast

    → If something’s blocking the team or user journey — you’ll find a way to fix it

  • Proven growth track record – has run successful and large campaigns before, delivered measurable results, and knows creative growth “tricks.”
  • Strong technical chops – instantly productive with tools like Instantly, Attio, Typeform, Zapier, Clerk, Supabase, Resend etc
  • Bias to action – unblocks and delivers in 1–3 day cycles. Anything longer than that is questionable
