What you'll do:
- Project based work, including competitor / market analysis, user testing, supporting our B Corp application, building partnership frameworks
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting - support the CEO with financial management, analysis and impact reporting
- Recruitment support - drafting JDs, headhunting, outreach, interviews, drafting contracts and onboarding
- Partnership / sales support - draft client / partner proposals and help create content to enable the sales and marketing teams
- People and culture support - checking in with the team and ensuring we deliver a great employee experience through training, content, meeting cadence and events
- Fundraising support - helping the CEO prepare pitch decks, financial models, investor updates and grant applications
- Help drive product strategy by collating requirements and feedback from the sales and marketing teams
- Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing and automating the internal process and Technology tools to support

What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting, Finance, project / programme management, product management or venture capital
- Experience in a Startup and/or Technology company preferredBias towards immediate actions and results
- Resilient, creative and willing to get your hands dirty - this is an agile startup environment with lots of ambiguity
- Excellent communicator who can navigate multiple stakeholders
- Proactive at designing processes to increase efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and proficient use of Microsoft Excel
