At Treyd, our mission is simple: we’re here to empower businesses to grow, and as part of our Retention Team, you’ll play a key role in making that happen. From answering customer questions to solving tricky challenges, you’ll be on the frontlines of building relationships with our amazing customers. This role is all about delivering best-in-class support and being a critical part of our customers' journey with Treyd.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer requests (primarily via email and chat) with speed and precision

  • Handling around 500 tickets per month (that’s roughly 1000 emails) – no sweat, right?

  • Solving problems creatively and ensuring our customers feel heard, valued, and supported

  • Collaborating with Customer Success and cross-functional teams like Operations, Tech, and Finance to find the best solutions for our customers

  • Using tools like HappyFox, HubSpot, and our internal systems to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly

  • Exploring and using the latest AI-driven tools to make our support smarter and more efficient

  • Contributing ideas on how AI and automation can improve the customer journey — making support more personal, proactive, and seamless

Skills & Requirements:

  • +1 years of experience in either customer support or similar customer facing roles.

  • Good understanding of basic financial metrics

  • Excellent communication skills, in both writing and speaking in English

  • Creative problem solving. You think outside the box and find solutions, no matter the challenge

  • Ambitious with a strong drive to smash team goals

  • Passionate, with a can-do attitude and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and Treyd

  • Naturally curious, always on the lookout to learn more, and see every challenge as a chance to grow

  • Empathetic & service-minded. You genuinely care about helping others and go above and beyond to solve their problems

  • Curious about the intersection of AI and customer support — you enjoy experimenting with tools that make your work and the customer experience better

  • Bonus points if you have previous Customer Success experience and speak Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
