💡 Job Summary:
Twirl is looking for a super personable Brand Onboarding Lead to join our team in the UK. In this sales-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new brands and agencies, helping them understand the value of Twirl and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. Your mission is to convince potential clients to join our platform, explain how it works, and ensure their first experience with Twirl is smooth, impactful, and sets them up for success.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Outreach:
Identify and reach out to potential brands and agencies, introducing them to Twirl’s platform and services.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Twirl, tailoring your pitch to each client’s unique needs.
Build trust with decision-makers and marketers to convert leads into long-term partners.
Onboarding New Clients:
Guide new brands and agencies through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can maximize Twirl’s features.
Provide personalized support to answer questions, set up accounts, and address any concerns during onboarding.
Client Success:
Act as the primary contact during onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every new client.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing client satisfaction.
Gather feedback from new clients to improve the onboarding process and refine sales strategies.
🤓 Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, client onboarding, or account management, ideally in marketing, content, or tech industries.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring no step of the onboarding process is missed.
Comfortable using tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, and CRMs to manage workflows and client interactions.
A proactive and empathetic attitude, putting client success at the center of everything you do. <3
🌍 Work Environment:
While you can work remotely, we’d love to have you in our London office as much as possible! We’re a strong, fun team, and working together in our cozy North Greenwich office (just 2 minutes from the station) is always more exciting. Expect daily Grind coffee runs, a comfy workstation, and the best colleagues to collaborate with.
That said, remote work is absolutely fine (we all do it now and then), or you can even spend a few weeks abroad if you’d like a change of scenery. All we ask is:
You have a strong Wi-Fi connection.
A comfortable workspace (we’ll cover coworking when you’re abroad).
An overlap of at least 6 hours with UK timezone—whether that means working nights or mornings is up to you.
