Reports To: Operations Lead
Position Type: Contract, 1-3h/day
Location: Remote
Starting Date: June 2025
💡 Job Summary:
We’re looking for someone sharp, responsive, and super communicative to handle our daily customer support via Intercom. You don’t need to sit at a desk all day, you just need to be *available from 8am–6pm* UK time and respond to queries within 10 minutes. (don't care if you do it from the beach, coffee shop, WFH as long as you’re hyper responsive).
What you’ll do:
Monitor our Intercom between 8am–6pm UK time (Mon–Fri), BONUS if you do weekends too!
Respond quickly (within 10 minutes max)
Solve basic support queries (avg. 2–3 tickets/hour with 5min/ticket)
Escalate or reassign more complex issues quickly
Use our tools to investigate backend issues (you’ll get a full walkthrough)
What we’re looking for:
Hyper strong written communication (friendly, clear, to-the-point)
Ability to handle support independently and think on your feet
Prior Intercom experience preferred
Basic familiarity with customer service tools like Intercom (or fast to learn)
Please note:
Laptop *must* be open during support hours
Total actual work is approx. 1–3 hours/day (can revise later if it gets more): 2-5min/ticket
