💡 Job Summary:
Twirl is looking for a super personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in the UK.
In this sales-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new potential brands and agencies. Your main mission is to pitch to and convert brands that could benefit from Twirl’s services and creator network, helping them understand how the platform and our services work and why it can deliver real value for their content and marketing goals.
You’ll spend time researching brands prior to calls, understanding their content needs, and lead thoughtful discovery calls with marketing teams. Rather than simply pitching a product, you’ll help potential clients see how creator-led content can support their brand, campaigns, and growth.
By sharing UGC ideas, insights, and examples, you’ll build trust and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales journey — ultimately helping them feel confident about joining Twirl.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Leading Inbound Discovery Calls:
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Twirl, tailoring your pitch to each client’s unique needs.
Understanding each brand’s marketing and content needs so you can approach them with relevant ideas during the first discovery call.
Build trust with decision-makers and marketers to convert leads into long-term partners.
Recommend suitable creators from Twirl’s network, and translate those needs into clear, tailored Twirl service packages that help brands confidently launch creator-led campaigns.
Onboarding New Clients:
Guide new brands and agencies through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can maximize Twirl’s features.
Provide personalized support to answer questions, set up accounts, and address any concerns during onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Gather feedback to improve the onboarding process and refine sales strategies.
Sales Initiatives:
Support in optimizing existing sales channels, including email outbound and referral programs, ensuring they remain active and continuously generate high-quality leads.

Confidence explaining UGC ideas and helping leads see opportunities in Twirl

🌍 Work Environment:
While you can work remotely, we’d love to have you in our London office as much as possible! We’re a strong, fun team, and working together in our cozy North Greenwich office (just 2 minutes from the station) is always more exciting. That said, remote work is absolutely fine (we all do it now and then), or you can even spend a few weeks abroad if you’d like a change of scenery. All we ask is:

**Compensation in year 1: Base salary + uncapped commission (£35k–£40k+ OTE)
The role offers a fixed base salary of £28,000–£30,000, with an additional uncapped commission of 2–3% on each net new sale.
Based on expected performance and the achievement of agreed commercial targets, on-target earnings (OTE) are estimated between £35,000 and £40,000+ per year. We revisit salaries every 8–12 months as you progress and shape your path within the company.
