Company: Twirl
Position Type: Contract or full-time (flexible)
Location: Hybrid (London) or remote
Starting Date: June/July 2026
Compensation: Fixed or contract/hourly (flexible)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Twirl’s paid acquisition efforts, with Google Search as the primary channel.
We’re looking for someone who understands the full acquisition journey, from creative testing and ad copy to landing pages, conversion tracking and revenue generation.
Google Ads is already a meaningful growth channel for us, but we believe there is significant opportunity to improve efficiency, strengthen our systems and scale sustainably over time.
You’ll work closely with the founder and have direct ownership over one of the most important growth levers in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimise full Google Ads performance, Meta ads and Linkedin ads (currently retargeting only)
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency
Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
Manage budgets responsibly while maintaining profitability
Creative Responsibilities;
Develop and test new messaging angles and ad copy
Coordinate or create lightweight creative assets
Improve landing page performance and conversion rates
Build a structured experimentation process across ads, creatives, and landing pages
Qualifications:
Strong experience in B2B digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups
Strong experience managing budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and remarketing platforms
Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, conversion metrics, CAC, LTV, and ROI reporting
Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and other relevant MarTech solutions.
Work Environment:
For this specific role, there is the option to work remotely, though we’d love to have you in our London office! We’re a strong, fun team, and working together in our cozy North Greenwich office (just 2 minutes from the station) is always more exciting. Expect daily coffee runs, a comfy workstation, and the best colleagues to collaborate with.
Perks (Full-time only):
A Thrilling Work Environment: Be part of one of the most exciting creative industries right now. While we’re a startup, we pride ourselves on professionalism and have worked hard to become a thought leader in the UGC space. It’s an absolutely thrilling ride to be part of a hard-working, FUN team (it will never get boring—in the best way).
Work with the Coolest Brands: Build relationships with key decision-makers and marketers in the consumer brand space—and enjoy the perks of receiving their awesome products at our office!
Gym Membership: A body that moves thinks faster—we’ve got your fitness covered.
Free Tech: We’ll equip you with the tools you need to do your best work.
Free Healthy Breakfast + Lunch: When you’re in the office, we’ll cover your lunch from Fuelhub and breakfast snacks.
Monthly Wellness Allowance: Treat yourself to something that genuinely supports your mental or physical wellbeing (think massages, therapy, gym classes, supplements, a new yoga studio, or anything that helps you feel balanced, strong and clear-headed).
Unlimited Holidays: Unlimited time off, as long as you get sh*t done!
Cool Workspace: A cozy office in North Greenwich, complete with daily coffee runs, a comfy setup, and amazing colleagues.
