About the Role
We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Intern to join our Operations team for a full time 6-month internship (with a possibility of extension/ turning into permanent role). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, fintech operations, and problem-solving while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
As a Customer Support Intern, you will support our Danish-speaking customers, assisting merchants and buyers in navigating our platform, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers in onboarding, helping them transition smoothly from sales to active usage.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, identifying solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Become an expert in Two’s platform, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, and Product) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Contribute to process improvements, helping optimise customer support and operational workflows.

- You’re currently an undergraduate or graduate student (at least one year into your degree).
- You’re fluent in Danish (native-level proficiency) and have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
