Location

We are an office-led, remote-friendly company. For this role, we are looking for candidates based in Stockholm. We encourage at least one day per week in our central Stockholm office to catch up and collaborate with the team, but we offer full flexibility to ensure your work schedule fits around your lectures and exam periods.

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Commercial Operations Intern to join our commercial team before the summer.

This person will start with a clear scope in a key revenue accelerating function, and rapidly grow into owning and improving it end-to-end. Partnering with the Commercial Operations Manager and our CCO, you will expand your analytical toolkit while gaining practical experience in global go-to-market strategies for complex financial products, enterprise sales, and leveraging AI to enable automation and scalable commercial growth.

You will manage stakeholders across our international organisation, and externally within our core markets: Nordics, UK, NL and the US. As an instrumental part of our growth engine, you will drive our time-to-revenue with process-and people excellence.

Role Scope & Ownership

  • Accelerate time-to-revenue by delivering a superior merchant onboarding experience — leading communications, setting clear expectations, and enabling customers to scale transaction volumes from day one
  • Build process improvements using AI and automation to make your work — and the team's — faster and more efficient
  • Collaborate across teams — working with Sales, Risk, and Operations to align priorities and support our rapid growth
  • Grow your skills and impact as a core team member, with mentorship from your manager and an expanding scope of responsibility over time

This role is a part-time, fixed-term position for the spring and summer of 2026, requiring 10–20 hours per week, with the potential for extension into the fall.

Recruitment Process

Our interview process is structured, fair, and designed to help you showcase your strengths.

  • Introductory Call with the Talent Team (30 min)
  • 1st Interview with Hiring Manager (45 min)
  • 2nd Interview with the CCO (30 min)

We aim to move quickly - most candidates complete the process within 3–4 weeks.

You are a highly motivated, high-achieving individual who demonstrates the following:

  • Mindset: You have a strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and an "ownership mentality".
  • Academic Achievements: Excellent academic performance in a university program in business, finance, or engineering or similar fields.
  • Extracurricular Achievements: Significant involvement in student organisations, sports, or other activities.
  • Experience: You have some previous experience in a commercial, operations, or customer success role (this could be a prior internship or equivalent part-time work)
  • Technical Skills: You are comfortable using spreadsheets and are interested in learning how to use AI and automation tools to stay efficient.
  • Communication: You have strong communication skills and can express yourself in a calm, structured, and professional way.
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech while completing your studies
  • Exposure to GTM, Operations and an AI-native team, building transferable skills for your future career
  • Be part of a supportive, ambitious, and international team
  • Contribute to shaping cutting-edge B2B payment solutions used across Europe

Deadline: 1st of April
