Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the founder in strategic planning and execution of company objectives.
- Coordinate communications and public relations to enhance company image and brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline insurance distribution processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor industry trends to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the founder.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Oversee and improve internal communication channels to ensure cohesive team operations.
