About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong sales background to own client campaign management on the Valley platform. This is a hands-on, operational role: you will manage LinkedIn-connected outbound campaigns end to end, monitor and respond to prospect replies, and use reply data to continuously improve client outreach performance. You bring sales intuition and analytical rigor in equal measure.

Salary: $1,200 USD per month

What you will do:

Reply management

  • Monitor and manage prospect replies across client LinkedIn accounts connected to Valley
  • Analyze reply patterns to identify what is resonating and what is not
  • Translate reply data into clear, actionable recommendations for improving messaging, targeting, and campaign structure
  • Coach clients on how to refine their outreach based on live performance signals

Platform operations

  • Configure and maintain Valley Studio settings including products, ICP scoring, writing styles, and campaign structure
  • Manage warm list setup including profile viewer, post engager, and follower campaigns
  • Maintain workspace hygiene: tagging, prospect management, archive workflows, and Do Not Contact lists
  • Handle campaign replenishment to keep client pipelines active and healthy

Improvement Strategy

  • Communicate performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly and proactively to the team
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and flag risks before they become issues

What we are looking for

  • Background in sales, SDR/BDR work, or outbound lead generation (required)
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a sales channel and how outbound sequencing works
  • Ability to read reply data analytically and draw practical conclusions about messaging performance
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain data and strategy to non-technical clients
  • Highly organized and self-directed in a remote, async work environment
  • Experience with outbound automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
