We started Visito to solve our own frustrations as travelers: no easy way to communicate directly with properties and book using favorite messaging channels.

We’re now ready for the next phase of growth and looking to partner with you as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a focus on AI Systems. You’ll have a ground-floor opportunity to work closely with our Co-founder and CTO to advance our AI capabilities and shape the future of our platform.

Your impact and growth 📈

As a Full Stack Software Engineer with a focus on AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth:

• Integrate Traditional Systems with AI Applications: Develop end-to-end features across the stack to enable AI workflows and tasks.
• Develop New AI-Native Workflows: Implement streaming and long-running AI tasks, balancing cutting-edge technology with practical solutions.
• Prompt Engineering: Contribute to our existing LLM prompts, measure and improve quality, and evaluate new models and methods.
• Zero-to-One Product Development: Rapidly prototype, evaluate, and integrate new product features and custom projects for our customers.
• Growth and Delivering Customer Value: Understand user behavior, funnels, and marketing channels to fuel creative design and development.

About you

You are an entrepreneurial, curious, and top-performing engineer who loves solving problems and crafting innovative solutions. You thrive in ambiguous environments where clear answers or solutions may not always be apparent.

• 4+ years of experience in a product-focused full stack software engineering role (required)
• Experience working at an early-stage or growth-stage technology company (required)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Experience building backend platforms that support multiple focus areas
• Strong programming skills and solid computer science fundamentals
• Proven track record of building fast-growing SaaS or consumer products

Hybrid work at Visito

You will spend at least 50% of your time each month in our office in Mexico City (Condesa). This balance fosters in-person collaboration and learning while supporting individual flexibility.
