Visito helps independent hotels grow direct revenue and own the guest relationship again.

We started with AI support and booking agents across WhatsApp, social channels, web, and other guest channels. Our AI agents answer questions instantly, recover abandoned bookings, take reservations, process payments, and integrate directly with hotel systems.

We already work with hotels in 20+ countries, have a 9.9/10 rating on HotelTechReport, and are a profitable two-founder company growing quickly.

Booking.com and Expedia built a $140B+ duopoly by owning the guest relationship and taking massive commissions from independent hotels. We’re helping hotels take that relationship back.

About the role

We’re hiring our Founding Growth Lead to own Visito’s distribution and pipeline engine. You’ll be our first non-founder growth hire, reporting directly to the CEO.

Scope spans content, AI search visibility, paid media, launch marketing, ecosystem partnerships, and rapid prototyping of lead magnets. This is an execution-heavy individual contributor role.

Content is the foundation of this role. Everything else compounds on top of writing, videos, distribution, and other assets.

What you’ll do

  • Create deep-dive content hotel operators actually consume: blog posts, case studies, guides, videos, and LinkedIn content
  • Increase Visito’s visibility across AI-native discovery channels like ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity
  • Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns where hotel operators spend time
  • Own launch marketing for new products, from positioning to distribution
  • Build lead magnets and lightweight tools with AI coding tools like Codex or Claude Code
  • Grow Visito’s presence across review sites, marketplaces, and partner ecosystems

You may be a good fit if you

  • Write clearly, directly, and persuasively without corporate buzzwords
  • Use AI tools fluently to build landing pages, automate workflows, and move quickly
  • Have launched a side project, directory, newsletter, or micro-SaaS from scratch
  • Are fluent in English. Spanish is highly preferred
  • Have 3-6 years of experience in growth, content, or a founding role
  • Want ownership and high autonomy over your work

Strong candidates may also have

  • Experience marketing to SMBs, especially hospitality or local services
  • Demonstrated SEO results (pages you’ve ranked, traffic you’ve grown, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AEO and the shift from traditional search to AI-native discovery
  • A track record of building in public on LinkedIn, X, or a personal blog
