Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including office maintenance and housekeeping.

• Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment servicing, and utilities.

• Monitor and maintain office security systems (CCTV, Biometric Systems)

• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

• Support travel bookings, in-office events, and administrative logistics.
  

IT Administration:

• Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues.

• Set up and manage employee devices (Windows and MacBook)

• Create and manage user accounts, email access, and permissions.

• Coordinate with IT vendors for installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Maintain and update records of IT inventory, software licenses, and warranty details.

• Monitor and maintain networks (WIFI's), servers, and data storage systems.

• Configure, install, and upgrade hardware and software as per company needs.

• Implement and maintain IT security protocols and access controls.

• Perform regular system diagnostics, backups, and data recovery planning.
