The Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (SD1) with strong expertise in React.js to build high-performing, intuitive, and scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to craft seamless, pixel-perfect user experiences that power Volopay’s global fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js.

• Translate complex UI/UX designs and product requirements into clean, reusable, and efficient code.

• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and scalability across browsers and devices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams for smooth integration and delivery.

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and best practices.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues.

• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and suggest practical adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong command of React.js.

• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Solid grasp of frontend architecture, state management, and component lifecycle in React.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, frontend build tools, and Git.

• Strong attention to detail, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

• Good understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.

• React Native experience is a plus.
