The Role
Seeking a creative and proactive Brand & Community Manager to amplify our company’s presence and voice across digital platforms, events, and creative communities. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves to experiment, storytelling, and build lasting engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and launch disruptive brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives on Twitter (X) and LinkedIn, positioning the team as thought leaders in our field.
Own and grow our brand presence through innovative content, subtle PR moves, and trend-driven tactics across all relevant digital channels.
Conceptualize and execute physical and virtual flagship events including curated dinners, creative round-tables, and community-driven meetups, acting as the face of the brand at each.
Develop and nurture our brand community by sparking conversations, encouraging authentic participation, and building real connections among users, partners, and fans.
Work with in-house and external design talent to craft visually compelling creatives and ensure a consistent, startup-worthy brand identity.
Experiment boldly: pilot new channels, campaign ideas, and growth hacks, quickly iterating based on feedback and results.
Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning with product and leadership to synchronize messaging and maximize impact.
Track, analyze, and report on branding KPIs (community engagement, sentiment, campaign reach) to inform rapid decision-making.
Stay plugged in to emerging culture, online communities, and brand trends—bringing fresh inspiration and an experimental mindset to all efforts.

What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in Branding, Social Media, or digital community-building ideally in a fast-paced or startup setting.
Hands-on skills in event planning, creative campaign strategy, and community management.
Native-level comfort with Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and digital storytelling.
Passion for creative design, visual storytelling, and digital trends.
Excellent people skills, comfortable being the visible, authentic voice for our brand.
