Role Overview

We’re looking for Content Writers to create high-quality website and blog content in English. The role involves writing clear, market-driven, and SEO-compliant content that aligns with Volopay’s brand language, product positioning, and marketing objectives. You will also be responsible for editing your own work for clarity, accuracy, and readability.

This is an in-office role based in Bengaluru, working closely with internal teams and coordinating with remote marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write content and copy for Volopay’s website and blog (B2B, English)
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, SEO requirements, and product specifications
• Translate marketing messages into clear and compelling written content
• Edit and proofread your own content for grammar, readability, and conciseness
• Interpret SEO briefs and apply best practices for content optimization
• Research industry-related topics, trends, and news to support content creation
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams while owning assigned deliverables

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English (U.S. English preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating written website or digital content
• An existing portfolio of professionally published work is required (watermarked samples or live links accepted)
(A writing assignment will be part of the selection process, regardless of portfolio)
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, along with strong manual research and fact-checking skills to verify information generated by LLMs
