Role Overview
We're seeking an entrepreneurial SEO Lead with 4-6 years of experience to drive our organic growth strategy. This is a hands-on IC role with leadership responsibilities, perfect for someone who combines deep SEO expertise with a builder mentality, AI fluency, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
You'll own our end-to-end organic growth from awareness, acquisition, to activation and revenue. Improve organic visibility across traditional search engines, LLM platforms, while partnering across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to create sustainable growth loops.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (70% - SEO & Organic Growth)
Own and execute comprehensive SEO strategy covering traditional search, LLM optimization (LLMOps), GEO/AEO
Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping across evolving search platforms
Drive technical SEO improvements including site architecture, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and crawlability
Develop and execute content strategies that rank in both traditional SERPs and AI-generated answers
Build and optimize programmatic SEO initiatives and scalable content systems
Design and implement self-sustaining growth loops leveraging SEO, user-generated content, and product features
Build AI-powered automation for content optimization, reporting, and opportunity identification
Create scalable frameworks for programmatic landing pages, internal linking, and content clusters
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) to 10x productivity and output
Analytics & Performance - Own organic traffic goals, conversion metrics, and revenue attribution from organic channels
Manage a team of SEO + content
Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%)
Collaborate with engineering & product teams to build SEO into product roadmap and feature development
Develop and maintain case studies, success stories, and ROI documentation for sales team, along with managing market-specific ISRs
Provide organic performance insights to inform sales strategy and positioning
Collaborate on competitive intelligence and market positioning
Work with CS team to identify customer stories and testimonials for content creation
Optimize onboarding materials, customer-facing resources for search
Create and maintain customer case studies showcasing measurable results
Maintain and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and conversion assets
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven track record of driving organic growth
Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
Demonstrated experience optimizing for LLMs, GEO, AEO, or emerging AI search platforms
Proven ability to design and implement growth loops and scalable acquisition systems
Experience moving fast in ambiguous environments with limited resources
Advanced user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content, analysis, and automation
Experience building automated workflows, scripts, or no-code solutions for SEO at scale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX)
Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members
