Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Account Executive to drive new business across India and Singapore. This role involves managing full-cycle sales — from discovery to closing — while building strong pipeline coverage and driving predictable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and closing

  • Build and manage qualified pipeline through follow-ups and targeted outbound efforts

  • Engage CFOs, finance leaders and business heads to understand operational pain points and design relevant solutions

  • Run structured product demos and value-based conversations aligned to customer workflows

  • Drive deal momentum by coordinating with product, onboarding and partnerships teams

  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline in CRM

  • Track competitive landscape, pricing sensitivities and buyer behaviour across India and Singapore markets

  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications -

  • 2–5 years of B2B SaaS / fintech sales experience managing complex deals

  • Strong discovery and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to sell operational and financial workflow solutions, not just features

  • Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving GTM motions

  • Data-driven mindset with ownership of targets and pipeline quality

  • Experience selling to finance teams or multi-location businesses is a strong plus
